than a perfectly good Cobra sitting in your garage ready to drive and the state taking 3 months to process your paperwork, give you plates and tell you that it is legal to drive. Paper work went in early July and just found out that I won't be getting my safety inspection until the end of Sept.
So much for the 4-6 weeks I was told at the beginning of the process. No wonder so many people use title services. They really need to do something to streamline the process.
