I really don't understand the need for the "Pin Alignment Ring/template. I have 6 - 1/2" studs with the "barrel nuts". With the proper chamfer on the nuts to match that of the "hats" I have had them on and of for various reasons torquing them to 80# each time using "Never Sieze" on the chamfer and threads and wheels go on easily each time. Are some of you having difficulty with wheel fitament?

Be sure to shorten the studs to allow the hex wrench to be fully engaged or you might expand or split one or more nuts.
