Hi Dave,
I too am in Topeka. I bult my own FFR back in 99 and have helped with many more.
I am currently building a GT40 NZ and have four more on the way to my shop.
Stop by sometime or call & I'll do what I can to help you with the titling process.

I'm at the "Europa Garage" on Gage blvd on weekdays.
