Thumbs up

Hi Colin,
Great to hear your going to let her rip again.Your headers are a work of art! Hope you keep her straight and turn a" 7" ! Dal's turbo'd mustang went 7.78 @ 185 last night, he's running 30 lbs of boost !
Hey Al,
I have a '77 Lincoln engine ,20 over flattops, open chamber 98 cc smog heads that I ported the smog bump outta the exhaust port,[get better flame travel out of open chamber heads] , balanced, rods shot and resized, comp cam 280 H , blue thunder dual qual, dual plane intake with twin 600 edelbrock carbs. Home made hooker headers under the car into edelbrock 409 stainless 3" mufflers exiting at the side pipe. I run a GER pro street C-6 auto with a custom road racing 2,800 stall converter with 7 lb inertia ring.[launches hard, only 1/3 throttle launches] Lots of fun getting off the line on the street. I built it to pass the Air Care smog test here so the cam is mild and with the 8.8 compression ratio ,regular gas is easy to run, makes tons of mid-range power.
I put on too many miles to have a hi compression kantankerous engine.
In Fun,
Perry.
