Hey Mike,
in the world of money and business, guess what happens when one new company pops up right next door to the other one?

As soon as employees find out they can make more money elsewhere, or if they dislike their boss, they'll take their 10 years of sweat and go next door from SPF to Shelby. Just like that, taking their experience with them. It's probably already happening, and part of the business plan to compete. The competetion certainly isn't going to be limited to who can build the cheaper value now... Five years from today could turn out to be a whole different picture. Watch and see what happens.
