Thanks for all the replies to this question.

Anyone out there compare a Kirkham or Shelby 289FIA vs. a Kirmham or Shelby 427 in terms of handling on the track and street? The "buggy spring" suspension on the 289FIA makes me a little nervous (accurate within 10 meters?), but so does all that weight in the nose of a 427 (understeer and concrete barriers). Has anyone driven both, and bought one or the other?

I know, I know, buy a 427 and put it an aluminum big block. Ea$y for you to $ay.
