as for the refund issue. the only thing i was offered was the option of letting the dealer that i bought the car thru try and resell it and then they would return my money. as for the trips to sai (my dealer which is about an hour away and many long distance calls, or las vegas) there has been many.........as for the kirkhams, they have been VERY standup about this situation......
