I am in disagreement with others who have an axe to grind using your misfortunes to plug their own opinions regarding an entire company. As if SPF never had a single disgruntled customer.

Maybe folks from SAI would come back and try to clear the air, since this issue is very much in the public domain. If they don't others are capable of forming their own opinions without any help from the competitors.
