Not only is it not the same block, and wouldn't even come close to fitting...it wouldn't be that great. Look at the mm&ff car. As the owner of a gen2 L...I can tell you why. They don't like to rev very high....and they produce WAY TOO MUCH Torque!!!!!! There is simply no way to put the power to the ground in such a light car. My 5000lb brick gets squirly when rolling into it at 40mph. The engine is far too heavy as well. You would be far ahead of the game to build an FE. Oh...and I didn't even get into the weak link of the 5.4 with its popcicle stick rods!!!
