Let me review the history, see if I've got it right.

This is one of the new (the first?) 289 FIA cars? Shipped from Poland to SAI. During the build some major problems were discovered with the car, so major it had to be shipped BACK to Poland for repairs. Repairs completed and the car is shipped back to SAI for completition.

So the car is in Las Vegas and the build is once again underway?
