I had to retake my test once (well a few times actually

), and on one occasion I stepped up the machine and guess what - it was set for Spanish. They even seemed a little POed that I complained about not understanding Espanol.
Is it really that much to ask to require someone to speak English to take a drivers test? No prejudice here - just a taxpayer wanting to avoid footing the cost of road signs in 7 different languages.
