Default Drivetrain,VS Resale Advice

Ok Gentleman and Guru's,
Since I am buying a new CSX4000,and the drive train for said car is now in my shell valley,I have some work to do.
I will eventually sell or trade the shell,but not a have to thing,and no big hurry,I wouldnt mind having 2 for a while,it is in the middle of a re vamping,and will be nice,high quality paint,under hood detail and alum trim panels,bulkhead set back,floor mounted ,correct pedal pedal box, rear fender flares cut to reasonable width,new parts not yet installed,but paid for include ,Trigos,Tubular uppers and lowers,rear disc,alum radiator,all in all a correct looking{as much as possible} very nicely detailed car.
Now the real question,I have in my hot little hands a stock 5.0 efi with aod,and very nice stock standard 428 with c6,other options include ,crate motor,building the 302,and aquiring a std tranny,all things considered ,and resell versus investment dollars,what should I do ? or maybe sell just a turn key minus roller,should I install the trigos,{has torque thrust now}radiator,tubular and disc ? or just sell the stuff,,I NEED help,,,lol
