Misfit,

I totally understand why you bet your money on the shelby, I would too.
I think you and randall are saying the same thing ......but somehow disagreeing on the terms..It takes two people to make a sale.
In a car market where the vehicles are usually perfectly maintained and the average Cobra has a couple thousand miles on it, The manufacturers must compete with the used product already out there for sale. There are no "new models" to temp with. then the manufacturers also have a serious base line of costs ,below which they can not survive. I would argue that the Cobra market is only so big ,and with almost all of the replicas ever built still on the road , there has to be an eventual "softening" of the market accross the board, Some of the manufacturers are likely to fail as well,
