Mike,
It is in the manual, page 96 I believe. I think you simply turn the column 180 degrees.
I too have mine pointing toward the right. My problem is that when I am driving one of our other vehicles and make a turn I end up turning on the windshield wipers.
To preserve the authenticity, you may wish to convert your other cars so that they are all on the right side.
