Being that 427 Cobras and Porsche Turbos are arguably the two all-time accelleration kings, this question is a natural.

I noticed that much of the argument in favor of the Porsche is based heavily on practicality. In what way does "practical" have anything to do with dropping 100 gr on a car? I totally admire the Porsche thing: go as fast as you can, as easily as you can. And for what that car can do compared to the super exotics, it is a steal . . . I guess. But let's face it, we're talking toys. Ain't nothing logical 'bout cars that cost as much as the average American home! I'll take the CSX, but only for this reason: If you're going to do something as conspicuously consumptive as buying a car with a mortgage-sized payment, why use logic when deciding between two completely illogical choices? At least if you go with the Cobra, you're consistently illogical! If you've got both, god bless you in your flaunting of practicality and incedible taste!

Seriously, though, if I ONLY had 120K to throw down on toys, I'd say get a Z06 for the weekday commute AND a nice SPF with a really nasty stroker (or ERA BB) for the weekend! That's having your cake and eating it, too!

P.S. Newbie here to CC, go easy on me.
