If ya drive it hard enough to get the anti-freeze up to a temp that allows pressure to get above the caps rating, sure you can have overflow.
On SPFs anyway (On both of mine), the puke tank is too low to allow a return on vacuum. And both of mine would have some in the catch can once in a while. Stop and go always did it for me.
