perhaps your system is slightly over filled for your set up. especially if it did not spit some fluid before you added the bottle of water wetter. if so, it will find its own normal level soon after a few more spoons full of fluid and should stop dribbling.

also, make sure both yourspf fans are working and both are PULLING so you are not short changing your cooling system. sometimes one of the fan connectors gets unplugged and when someone hooks them back up it inadvertently gets reversed, hence that one fan runs in reverse and would then become a pusher and not a puller , ie really screwing up your system. bill
