Default inspect the engine mounts

Tinker51,
You might want to inspect your engine mounts. If the engine is allowed to flop from side to side with throttle application, this will place undue stress on the side pipe brackets causing them to fracture.
The engine torque combined with weak engine mounts could be the root of the side pipe bracket breakage.
Also, if you are using a "t"sump oil pan, inspect it closely for signs of cracking around welds and welded in bungs, the side of the oil pan might have made contact with the frame rails. Hope this helps. Rod
