Ogasman,

There were no modifications necessary to the foot boxes - the inner fender panels were cut out to take care of the additional motor width.

I went with the ERA car, aside from the obvious quality, because they were the only manufacturer that I could find who had the necessary experience with this car/motor combination - the necessary parts for this configuration were molded and in stock at ERA.

The motor looks like it was designed to go in the ERA car - very neat/quality build.

As a matter of note, there were approximately only 600 of those engines built - I have seen prices ranging from 15K up to as much as 30K+ - sounds like you have found a valuable deal - I know that I think that way about mine - it's a totally awesome ride!
