The info from the website calls it a "polished aluminum rim and light matte finished aluminum center section" It is of two piece construction,which allows for many offsets.According to the site,the wheel is very light and comes with the matching lugs,and valve stems.It has been several months since I talked to them at Team3,but they indicated that they were very open to your specific needs.(I can't remember if the matte is a powdercoat,but I tend to think it is.)They even said they can mount tires for you,you you don't have to worry about the local tire jockey tearing up the edges.They also come in 17in.I ended up deciding on pindrive wheels,otherwise this is what I would be rolling on.Web site is
