Rich,

I've been racing a 1965 Ford Monte Carlo Ford Falcon Clone (like the one that I owned in the late 60's) in CVAR in BP against GT 350 Shelby Mustangs, 327 c.i. vettes, 1967 Cougars, and few FIA Mustangs.

My Falcon was putting out over 400+ HP and I was still down about 75 HP to the fastest cars. That class is a $$$$$$ class and I decided that I didn't want to keep throwing money into a car that was at best a mid-pack car and I sold it so that I could build the FFR Spec Racer.

I would like to continue racing vintage, but with my bad back & cancer surgery in July and the rising cost of vintage racing I decided to only try to run the FFR Spec Class and go to local events with the car.

Terry
