Not enough information on the site to make a determination of what separates the 320 vs 345 horse motors. I suspect it's the induction setup. It looks like BOTH of the applications were dynoed using a fuel injection system.
As it appears they run the SAME heads and CAMS I would think the higher H.P. is due to a larger induction system.
Interesting that BOTH engines show either the E303 or B303 cam, and yet arrive at the same H.P. rating. The "E" series cam appears to deliver more torque at a lower rpm (2500) and the "B" series cam is 4000 rpm and above range.
As to reliability I would think these are VERY stout motors. I'd call the tech line number listed to get more information. In fact, I may call them myself!
