Not too keen on the body-style, but it uses the right suspension. With a little welding and fabricating I'm pretty sure a gt40 body will fit. The 40 chassis is only 3 inches shorter for wheelbase. As for trannies, the g50 is plenty strong for that motor, and if you need more the 930 trans will hold up to 600hp/600ft lbs.

Definately not a cheap project, but it should perform well if the aero is good on the body, S
