almost all the parts are there except the windshield, door, wiring, trunk lid ,hood & doors ????????????????????????????

Sounds like a LOT of stuff missing and I hate to do business with anyone who says "its now or never" (assuming it is the seller that is creating the time pressure). I would walk away.
