I guess you don't realize how lucky you are - Most of us have upwards of $40-45K (or MORE) in ours. It all depends on when we bought ours and the engine we put in. You got yours for a raffle ticket or two. Get a "low appraisal" for tax purposes, pay it, and then enjoy the car. A smart CPA can help you out, even figure a way to write it off, if he's any good
BTW - Freddie loves crow. Grew up on one of those rural Tenn. farms, and that was a gourmet meal on Sunday night.
