I have run the engine codes and here's the list:

12--cannot rasie engine above normal idle.
91--EGO sensor signal voltage always indicates "lean"
35--EGR valve position sensor: signal voltaage above Self-Test specification limits

Note the egr valve is because I don't have the tab and tad relays in place at this time.
