Oi trularin, We've got some freezing places in Oz.
There is a state way down south called Victoria, has a capitol called Melbourne. So cold down there the brass monkeys wont even venture out.
Turn the radio on and you'll hear a weather report like " If you cant see ya power poles..It's raining..If you can see em..then it's going to rain.
