Guys:
My Cobra was registered here in CT as a COMPO (Composite Vehicle) built in 1993 and has, like yours, the Composite vehicle VIN plate. The car was registered 10+ years ago initially. So all is "Legal" in that respect.
To the best of my knowledge, there has never been an emissions test done on the car, or if so, I have no sticker or report to that effect from the previous owner. The engine is a 1966 FE C6ME 410 S (Thunderbird) block.
Since the car is 11 years old as a composite assembly, and the engine block is pushing 37 years of age, will this car need to be emissions tested? As I understand the exemptions, it seems that it will need to be tested every two years.
