ok i picked up the car yesterday. It was registered under SB100. The engine is 1975. The title says "YR/Model: 0000 Make: SPCNS" Then a few lines down it says "*YR: 2002"

I also have the owner's original SB100 certificate. He was #300 in 2002.

Has no one bought a used Cobra in CA and re-registered it? Can anyone help?

I'm on with the DMV right now but haven't found anyone who really knows.
