so here's the update. I went to the DMV today. I now have registration in hand. The lady said it needed SMOG but i informed her that it shouldn't because of SB100. She had me fill out a statement of facts form where i wrote that it is smog exempt because of sb100, gave the sequence number, and that the bodystyle is 1965. I'm not sure what's going to happen with that if anything. All i know is i now have my registration in hand and my new title is on its way.
