I think, so you can't quote me, MM&FF (or some engine mag) did a test on the Victor and Air Gap and the Air Gap did out perform the Victor where it counted for a street car, but there were clearance problems. You may want to check the height difference. It may fit on the 302, but on a 351, it might present a problem.
