SB-100 is a regulation set by Air Resources Board. I'm gathering information and will post some phone numbers here next week. I don't know if that's the best way to get their (ARB) attention? If you guys have any ideas on the best was to approach ARB I'm willing to do the foot work in Sacramento. I have a call into the ARB Lab and expect to hear something next week.
I heard numerous issues about people using a service to get their sb-100. I'm going to make an assumtion based on some things I've heard here.
DMV may have to refer services attempting to assign sb-100 for others to the AG. SB-100 exempts 500 kit cars. I'm not sure how a kit car is defined, but I would assume it is for personal use and not for resale.
