I disagree. From a drivers standpoint, the thrill doesn't get any better than dirt short track.

As a kid in the '70's I spent summers in N. Minnesota. On the weekends I was at the dirt short tracks on the iron range. I vividly remember the Big Block Vegas, Camaros, Firebirds, and Fairmonts. But, it was a certain BB Corvette Late Model, with one of the first Flexi-Flyer bodies and 22" wide "Humper" tires, that made the biggest impact on me.

Of course I like Cobras but probably not for the same reasons as others. I like them because it is the only car I've ever had that comes anywhere close to the thrill of a Dirt Late Model (still a very distant second). I appreciate your Pinto photos more than you can imagine.
