Good question.
The Registry is part of the
Shelby American Automobile Club. Since it's not being sold by Shelby, I would vote no. (altho the MK IV's are there ..
)
If they put the Eleanor's in there next round, it doesn't matter any more, since that will render the Registry irrevelant.
If they made a big deal about the s/n, ala Saleen, and production was limited, I could see them making a special volume.
If they water it down and try to sell 20k units a year, I doubt it would warrant classification.
