I think a top exec at Ford who then owned an Autokraft Cobra once said something to the effect that "
"...theres's something special about a car with a body too small and an engine too big, causing the bodywork to arch and bulge over the mechanicals.."
That is the essence of what gives the Cobra its visual appeal - the bulging curvaceousness of the body - muscular and powerful to some, sexy and sensuous to others.
I agree with those who say that the boxy billet look is all wrong for a Cobra.
I'll download a pic of the new Series 1 ..oops!- I mean Cobra and see if I can add some character to its looks.
