If anyone is up for a nice Sunday cruise, the trip down Rt. 66 can be fun. Last time we met in Plainfied and took off from there. Braidwood has the famous Poke-A-Dot Diner which is a great place to stop for lunch and other sites are along the way as you head down Historic Rt. 66. We covered about 200 miles with little or no traffic the last time we took the route and it took the better part of the day!
