Stallion 460 oval air cleaner

Its best if you post a picture or five of your current setup. To be honest there are no real off-the-shelf cold air inductions for any of the Cobra brands. Lots of variables on intake manifold/brand car/engine/ etc... make them custom fit installs.
From your description you have an Oval “cobra logo” aircleaner which does not really work for a Cold Air installation. I can only recommend a Turkey Pan style and 7” aircleaner. Some trimming and fitting will be required and also the addition of edge seals at the hood contact area. There are some for sale in this Site’s Parts for Sale area (approx $250). I’d also recommend contacting Jay at vintagemotorsports.com as their pans are two piece (base is seperate) allowing work on the carb. I think they are $250 as well. Last thing, I’m pretty sure you need to get to 6 posts to allow posting pics. |
