Engine talk

I recently purchased an Everett Morrison replica built in 1992. It has a 351 windsor high performance engine. The fella I bought it from did not know what that means. he thinks it is around 400 cu with approx. 350hp to 400hp. I would appreciate any help I can get.

I am also looking for a soft top.
