About 15FT lbs for the clutch cover plate, and 85Ft LBS for the flywheel to crank. The outer bolts securing the clutch cover will not take the same torque in aluminum as they will in cast iron or steel. Use a little red 242 loctite on all of them too.
Good thought regarding the bearing surface under the heads of the bolts. I used the metal ring that is used with a flexplate, it has 6 holes (289) in it and prevents the heads from damaging the aluminum, not sure if one is available for the 460. Otherwise use a thin hardened parallel ground washer under each bolt head
As you tighten down the cover go slowly and tighten in a gradual criss cross pattern to prevent bending the cover or overloading an individual bolt hole don't use any air powered tools on this job as it can easily over tighten things.
