drysump & oil cooler

Firstly,
I there a dry sump system for a 460 and who makes it. Is it worth it to have it installed.

Secondly
I was told it was not nessary to install an oil cooler as I have a larger radiator, I live in Vancouver Bc but it still get hot here.
Can I install a oil cooler with thermastate control or is all this to complicated

Short impression is very expen$ive, oriented toward racing only.

Dry sump systems are readily available. Moroso pumps, Canton pans and tanks. Summit carries just about everything you need. But you're going to be spending big bux. If the car is regularly run on the road course, it might be worth it.

Thermostatic cooler control is pretty easy. Russel makes a couple of billit thermostats. One is a square block that can be integrated in to the oil hoses on a dry sump or a remote filter. The other is a sandwich type that fits between filter and filter mount. IMO, any street car with an oil cooler needs a thermostat.

Thanks for the info, my car is for street and show. I dont plan to ever sell the car so i what to put everything into it, money is no problem.
The oil cooler look good and again it is for street and show only.

I live in Las Vegas, where it reaches 120 degrees. If you do not track the car, you do not need an oil cooler. Check your oil temps when you drive. I'm sure you will never see over 250 degrees. If your engine doesn't see over 6,000 RPM, you may not see over 250 at the track. Use synthetic oil and relax.
