I did my insurance through Condon & Skelly and they did a Metlife policy for $500,000/$300,000 $1 coverage, $40,000 agreed value, for $496. It's only a 2500 miles per year allowed but was advised that they'd allow more milage if I called later if more is needed. I'm located in CT.

I required the high limits to fit under a $1000,000 umbrella.

Haggerty advised that they don't write policies anymore on Cobra's because of some significant claims. Seems as though too many people are buying inexpensive replica's (probably 302's) and using them as their primary vehicles, or driving them recklessly.

It's up to us to drive responsibly to turn the insurance industry's opinion back favorably.
