I have the rubber mounts in my SPF and it's amazing how smooth everything is. 408W with a decent cam, making 508hp and over 540 lb-ft torque. You could put a glass of wine on the air cleaner. Well, it would probably spill, but the point is - it's amazingly smooth for how ratty it sounds and how much power and torque it makes.

Also, use an elec water pump if you want, but you won't need it with that kind of power. I was considering b/c of some serious overheating issues on my 408, but it turned out to be a head gasket issue. A standard water pump should work great. I recommend edelbrock's aluminum victor series hi-vol pump with a standard pulley. Looks great, works great, reliable.
