I understand your point very well,(I deal with personal injury attorneys daily),and as I said,I think you have nothing but the best of intentions with your post.....

My problem is when something like that happens the first thing someone does is try to figure out who he can blame and sue for it.....

I,too, have seen some very strange lawsuits.....Recently worked a claim with a 17 year old girl killed in an auto accident. She was a passenger in a car that was "at fault" in the accident....He parent's attorney sued the guy and his insurance company that was "not at fault",but collided with the other car and killed the young girl..... He statement was "if the other guy would not have been on the road at the time, the accident would not have occured and this 17 year old girl would be alive today".... Go figure....Now they have to go to court to defend this and hoepfully the judge will throw it out,but, they still have to pay an attorney to defend them when they were not at fault....
