Hey jamvan,

It isn't the gauge. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you should have an 18 gallon GM fuel tank in your car. It is also mounted on a bit of a slope toward the back. If all of this is true, it is the position of the sending unit in the tank that won't allow it to read full.

It was that way in my car too....even though mine was a Contemporary. I think they are pretty close in that department.

Let me know if I'm right.
