I went back and reread Meat's article and saw the part you speak of. I do not know where he got that from or why he thinks it's required...maybe he could enlighten us here if he's reading this.

Seems to me that the 30 year rule (above) takes care of any such issue.

In any event, I have not heard of anyone (now watch someone post) having such an issue under SB100. It just isn't relevant once you have the exemption.
