Question Modification advice wanted!

Hello friends!

I'm in need of some good advice. In the end (two years from now) my engine will look like this:

Donor Engine 1987 5.0 EFI HO
High comp pistons + better camshaft + heads with roller rockers + perfomance intake manifold + injectors & mass air conversion (Speed density is present).

Now I'm rebuilding the engine in order to pass Swedish registration, that means low power engine is required for passing the test. So, I will prepare the engine body (block + rods & piston) for tuning after registration, camshaft and others will be done afterwords.

So here comes the questions:
1: Advice on pistons, +0,030, that will work with stock cam, head and intake, but also will work well with above describen modifications. (I don't want to lift the engine for tuning after registration)
2::Reboring of engine, what's max boring of stock block? +0.030 or more?
3: What's size of the combustion chamber on stock heads?
4: Does the tsock ignition system cope with +350 bhp?
5: What sparkplugs is recommended for this level of modified engine?

That's all for now, but I'm convinced that more question will occure..
