If you would edit your original post that starts out this thread to include the date and name of Hotel etc. that would do all I need to help anyone in gathering the info they may need to attend. Sure if they want to read through two long threads they could find it, but, this way it would be a snap. Any updated info also would help.

I got the restaurant booked for lunch, and the Hill Country cruise planned. The only thing we all need to establish is where to stage this event. We all beat the Origin parking facility to death. So do we have any other options or suggestions?

Friday: ????? Feb. 27th

(1) Arrive at hotel. name ???????? Phone ?????? address

(2) Evening tailgate gathering in hotel parking lot from 5:00 - 12.00 pm.

(3) Dinner at local hotel area restaurants (pay as you go).
