I live in California and found a nice Cobra I'd like to buy. The car was registered in Pennsylvania in 99 as a special construction vehicle. After three calls to the California Air Resource Board I got three different answers on registration.
The general feedback is that it can't be brought into the state if it has less than 7500 miles.
Does anyone have experiance bringing a previously registered Cobra into California.
