Indeed it does seem to confirm Ron's opinion that AC would have survived with or without C.S. How fortuitous indeed that Shelbys timing was near perfect for both camps.

To this day I'm fascinated with HOW the Brits held on during WW2 when countries were falling like dominoes all around them. A stunning victory! Well done chaps!
