Thanks for you informative response grumpy. I am aware of the S/C origin as you mentioned, which is why I ask the question about weather it did come with a heater or not. I know when the L88 Corvette was released, that it was minus a heater core, as it was a factory racecar. Do you know if the 427 S/C was the same way, or did it get installed with the other nicety’s that you mentioned in order to help bluster sales?
